I like it! :) How does it feel the system with the low-latency kernel?

Thanks for the +fav  !

With the low-latency kernel there doesn't seem to be any untoward issues! & i get to use Jack & audio programs ! Elementary just became my primary OS ! Nod

Like the Synapse search & the weather indicator I got working from a ppa.

The slim panel is a usability  & beauty of its own.

:oldidea: Wonder when some extension like that will be delivered for Gnome Shell 3.10

I see - interesting :)

About Gnome 3 Shell 3.10 - I think this is wishfull thinking :(
The way things are progressing on that front...disruptive changes in the toolkit with each release :(
For example - the creator of the Zukitwo GTK theme gave up on porting his Gnome 3 Shell to 3.10 - too much effort to fix things...

Aah! That has been the tall tale with Gnome 3 all the way ! Waaaah!

Thats why I like my Debian Wheezy7.2, Old (Gnome 3 Shell 3.4) but it got working good and I don't have to bother with bugs and upgrades for the next couple of years!

Zukitwo was one of my favorites , sad to hear Mattias gave up :( ,
but a lot of extensions developers are also walking the same path!

Makes more sense for me to stick to the likes of Elementary which is based of Ubuntu12.04 & hence supported till 2017.

I love the work done on Pantheon by the Elementary team and it feels great to use, doesn't eat up memory like Unity and hence my audio programs are happy too!:happybounce:
